Resep Pepes Cumi Asin 




Bahan:
200 gr cumi asin,
rendam 3 cm lengkuas,
memarkan 2 btg serai,
memarkan 10 bh cabai rawit merah utuh
1 ikat kemangi
daun pisang untuk membungkus

Bumbu halus:
5 bh bawang merah
3 siung bawang putih
3 bh kemiri
3 bh cabai merah
3 cm kunyit
1 sdt garam

Cara membuat:
1. Cuci bersih cumi, rendam dalam air hangat selama 15 menit, tiriskan.
2. Campurkan semua bumbu dan cumi, aduk rata.
3. Sendokkan ke daun pisang, bungkus, lalu kukus 30 menit dengan api kecil.
